I am a Technical Diving Instructor and Digital Leader with a career defined by precision, management, and high-performance delivery. Currently serving as a Business Delivery Manager at the National Bank of Kuwait, I lead three agile squads responsible for the end-to-end delivery of features for the NBK mobile banking application. I apply this same rigorous attention to detail and process to my work as a GUE Instructor.

Simultaneously, I serve as the Co-Founder & President of XR Explorers, a premier diving school and retail platform. We specialize in high-end scuba training rooted in DIR-based principles (Doing It Right), bridging the gap between rigorous education and top-tier technical equipment from brands like Divesoft, Halcyon, Seacraft, and SF-Tech. My background in software engineering and digital transformation allows me to bring a unique perspective to diving education—blending the analytical mindset of a tech leader with the experience and situational awareness required for technical exploration.
