Event rules, and what is involved:
- The challenge starts at 00:00 on August 1 and ends at 23:59 on August 31 (local time).
- Participants must complete at least one valid activity per day throughout all 31 days.
- The minimum duration for a valid activity is 30 minutes.
- All types of physical activities are accepted (e.g., walking, running, cycling, swimming, yoga, fitness).
- Evaluation is based on total activity duration (in minutes).

Descripción: The Summer Isles Sub-tidal Survey Project will bring together divers from GUE and Project Baseline, scientists from the University of Chester, and local community members from the Blue Hope Alliance, to explore and document the Summer Isles Marine Protected Area.
Over the week long project the team will document sites yet to be surveyed by the Blue Hope Alliance, focussing on sites beyond recreational diving depths.
The data, and subsequent analysis, will be used to inform marine planning and wider conservation efforts in the area. The dive team will be supplemented by ROV technology and will also conduct outreach events during the week.
