PLEASE NOTE OUR REPLACEMENT POLICY OUTLINED BELOW

GUE is a not-for-profit agency that strives to meet the needs of our students and supporters. We have invested a great deal of time and resources to produce high-quality decompression and dive planning software.

We strongly recommend that you make a copy of your software installer file upon download and store it in a safe place (CD/DVD/external hard drive etc), and always be sure to keep a record of any registration keys provided by GUE, as well as proof of purchase.

If you are purchasing Palm software please beware that changes in your Palm device require that you retain the same HotSync ID; this will allow you to use the same software you have purchased.


GUE Software Replacement Policy:

Individuals requiring replacement software may, within the first 90 days, receive a free replacement; customers making this request are required to provide GUE with a qualified proof of purchase.

Individuals requiring replacement software more than 90 days after purchase are entitled to obtain a 50% discount from the current purchase price of the product in question; customers making this request are required to provide GUE with a qualified proof of purchase. This replacement offer is not valid when a new version of software has replaced the software in question. In this case, the customer is able to purchase the new product at the discounted upgrade price; customers must provide qualified proof of purchase to be eligible for this discounted price.
