IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The registration fee you are about to pay is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
About Your Training Materials:
- Paying this fee will add a link to download the materials in the My Files section of your user account; the My Files link will appear on the right side navigation when you are logged in.
- Review the supplementary reading and enclosed quizzes.
- Review any sections that prove difficult and contact your instructor with questions.
- Please communicate directly with your instructor before paying this fee.
- This fee includes training materials and an admin fee; these cannot be returned.
- Students that do not complete their training within six months will be required to re-register and pay a new registration fee.
